As our End of Year charitable contribution, we will be highlighting the 5-Star Veterans Center. Please read the information below about this worthy cause. Any Donation will be appreciated!

ABOUT THE FIVE STAR VETERANS CENTER
Five Star Veterans Center is a nonprofit corporation that opened in 2012. Our goal is to get homeless veterans mentally and physically healthy so they can return to work, reunite with their families and successfully regain control of their lives. Toward this end, we offer safe and secure housing, food and other support.

Mission Statement: The mission of the Five S.T.A.R. Veterans Center is to assist veterans who are coping with the insidious effects of PTSD and/or TBI RESTORE their health, RECONNECT with friends and family, and REJOIN the work force with a job by providing safe and secure supportive housing with wraparound services and holistic counseling that promotes mental and physical wellness.

While providing safe housing, meals, assistance obtaining VA Benefits and medical care, Internet access and basic job training is a good start, military veterans can never fully recover until they acknowledge and learn ways to manage their mental injuries. 

Five Star serves homeless U.S. Military Veterans with honorable and general under honorable discharges.

DUE TO CONSTRUCTION, the entrance to Deerwood Country Club has changed for the remainder of the year to the Baymeadows Entrance. Please go to the Baymeadows entrance, and hang a left onto Hollyridge Rd at the 4-way stop, then follow the road to the club house.
