Property Management 101

The all new 2018 Property Managment 101 is a fast paced, high overview of the entire leasing and management process from taking on clients, to managing the tenants, to maintenance considerations, to move outs and everything in-between.

This is the only NARPM course in which you can learn the entire process in one day! This course is designed for all who are new to the single-family property management industry from assistants to managers.

Those with experience will enjoy the refresher of the start to finish look at our industry. This course covers the information needed to understand the basics of Property Management, along with what makes a successful professional.

Who should attend:
-Experienced property managers who want to tighten up their skills with a refresher
-Those new to the industry with less than 18 months experience

-Anyone who wants to learn more about the entire property management process

Mr. Michael A.
