Maddison Zimmerman, Director of Marketing, Property Meld:

Madison Zimmerman is the Director of Marketing at Property Meld, a property maintenance solution based in South Dakota. Madison joined Property Meld in 2020, where she found a passion for connecting people and processes through technology to help solve the industry’s most significant challenges rooted in property maintenance. Working with one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the United States for the past three years has allowed Madison to connect with property management professionals nationwide, strengthening her understanding of the opportunities and challenges in property maintenance.

Melissa Gillispie:

Melissa started her career with JWB in 2013 and is currently the Director of Property Management. She is the licensed real estate broker for JWB and plays an integral role that has led JWB to manage over 4,900 single-family homes in Jacksonville FL, being the largest local rental management company in Northeast FL. Under her purview, JWB has delivered over 26 million dollars in cash flow to its current clients through exceptional management services. Melissa also sits on the Board for NARPM® Northeast FL as the Membership Co-Chair. She won the 2022 NARPM® Rocky Maxwell Award for dedicated service and contribution to NARPM. She is married to her husband of 14 years and has three sons aged 11, 9, and 6. When she is not working, she can be found at the football and soccer fields cheering her sons on!

Phil Scarborough:

Philip Scarborough, GRI®, MPM® RMP® is the Owner/Broker of…Elite Realty Group and Supra Property Management which serves residential property owners in Northeast Florida. Philip started the company on the side of his desk while working 10 years in corporate America for Fidelity Investments. Philip is married to his wife Stacy whom he has known since the 5th Grade and has 2 children Parker 13 and Ella 9. In his spare time, he loves to connect with others and travel with his family.
